Come on Board!
There are still legs available to this 600 BC
sailing expedition! The search is on for keen sailors and
adventurers to take part in this ambitious project which aims to
recreate the Phoenicians circumnavigation of Africa, believed to have
been achieved over 2,000 years ago.
The crew will consist of up to 20 people
at any one time and the expedition route has been divided into legs
where some members of the crew will rotate. A number of
middle-eastern and African participants will be part of the
multi-national crew, led by Philip Beale.

take part in this project, although she'd be most welcome! We're
looking for people who have a sense of adventure and curiosity to be
part of a small team in what will inevitably be challenging
circumstances" Philip Beale, Expedition Leader
